For those who do not have the extra time in the morning as a reason …

Alicia Keys has made it, and now many celebrity ladies are following: the no make-up trend has never been as great as now. The stars show themselves even on the red carpet without makeup. Many women in my environment – including me – do not even go shopping without a make-up.

We feel uncomfortable uncomfortable, which is completely unfounded. The no-make-up movement would like to announce the struggle for perfection, which women are constantly exposed to. But there are still so many other reasons to do without makeup – at least from time to time.

1. Hello, radiant complexion!

Already two days a week, in which we do not burden our skin with products, can make a huge difference. Powder, make-up and co. Can clog our pores and dry the skin. This results not only in a bland complexion, but also in the long term also to skin contamination, dry spots and wrinkles .

If, on the other hand, we refrain from doing so, the skin can regenerate in time, the pores are relieved and we get a radiant complexion. The more often we are undecorated, the better we look unpainted. Get ready for a lot of compliments! And the best part is that when we dress again, it looks even better than usual, because our skin – the foundation – looks so fresh from the outset.

2. You save an incredible amount of time

Granted, not every human being has a morning beauty routine that takes 1.5 hours – just like me. But even if the make-up takes only 15 minutes in the morning, it is still 15 minutes, in which you would otherwise have been able to sleep. Or it is exactly the 15 minutes you could eat breakfast or exercise or shower – absolutely no matter, in any case you won 15 minutes!

Incidentally: Since I gave the Detox Detox a chance, my morning routine still takes exactly 20 minutes. So now I can sleep an hour longer, yay!

3. You save money

What is often forgotten with all the love for make-up: It’s a quite expensive fun. Foundation , Bronzer, Blush, Mascara , Eyeshadow, Highlighter – the list is long and you end up ending up somewhere between 50 and 250 Euro depending on which brands you use and there are no boundaries.
If we use the products every day, we also use them faster. This means, in reverse, when we make more rare make-up, we also have to buy more rare make-up. In the long run, we save a pretty sum with a make-up detox.

4. Your eyelashes will thank you

I must confess that I am particularly hard at this point. Even on make-up-free days I still wear mascara. Mascara provides a fresh, wary look and curving, long eyelashes – and the feeling, but not quite unpainted. Quasi the equivalent to the bathing suit , if you do not want to present in the bikini .

It would be so great for our eyelashes, if we would leave them from time to time in peace. Every day they are first made up and then dressed up again, so we charge them twice a day! In the long run, the eyelashes are so completely stressed. If we were to allow them a break, however, it would be the same as with our skin: they would emerge stronger from it.It would be so great for our eyelashes, if we would leave them from time to time in peace. 5. Less stress

A make-up detox produces a wonderful chain reaction. We can sleep longer in the morning, which reduces our stress level. So we start the day so relaxed and this relaxation is going through our everyday life. The morning is no longer beginning to despair of the fact that the thin eyelid has once again become a fat, jagged beam. In the afternoon we look the same as in the morning, because no mascara is smeared and we do not have to pay attention to the lipstick . 6. The fun of make-up comes back

Who still remembers his childhood when make-up was still fun? You either secretly used Mamma’s make-up or blue glittery shadow on some styling head – or both. The whole thing went over in black kjal pencil before school and eventually it became a complete beauty routine including contouring. Somehow, in the course of this development, the fun of make-up has, however, been lost and it became an annoying duty in the morning before work.

The wonderful thing about the make-up detox is, however, that make-up is no longer a duty – you leave it away. If one decides then to make up again, one does this voluntarily. You get really right again make up to make up and maybe even try something new. Maybe even give the blue glitter a chance again?

7. Confidence, baby!

Does a make-up detox for a few days a week directly lead to the fact that one wants to dispense completely on make-up? No of course not. But he also makes you feel good even without make-up – and, above all, to feel beautiful. I have not just decided to continue my makeup detox – but not on two fixed days a week, but just on the days when I’m not after make-up – but I’ve noticed that I’ve become less powerful than before .

One learns to see his skin with different eyes. Suddenly, it is no longer a matter of oversimplifying what is wrong with us. After the make-up Detox, it is actually only with makeup to emphasize what is already nice to us. You emphasize your natural beauty, feel good and have fun – if that does not boost your own self- confidence , then we do not know.
